THIS GUN IS BUILT SOLID. I LOVE THIS GUN. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. I AM GOING TO BE HONEST. THE GUN IS PRETTY HEAVY. ITS IS LIKE IT IS CUT OUT OF A SINGLE BLOCK OF STAINLESS STEEL. I BOUGHT THIS GUN TO CARRY WHITH MY CONCEALED CARRY LICENSE. IT IS TO THICK TO CONCEAL IN THE SPRING SUMMER AND FALL MONTHS. I LIVE IN TEXAS AND IT IS HOT ALOT. I STILL WOULDNT TRADE THIS GUN. CANT WAIT TO STRAP IT ON THIS WINTER. THIS GUN WILL MAKE YOUR BUDDIES JEALOUS.

I think the P229 is a great compact size,and the stainless with rose wood grips'''' makes it a good looking also. It was a great price , and also shoots great.
